    Minyak ni memang penyelamat untuk Mak saya yang selalu sakit-sakit kaki dan cramp, kesan makan ubat hormone untuk kanser. Tiap malam sebelum tidur mak saya akan sapu. Kalau dia terlupa tengah malam mesti dia terjaga sebab sakit kaki.

    Saya seorg guru pencen, setiap kali nak solat atau naik tangga saya memang akan rasa sakit lutut. Alhamdulillah, selepas amalkan guna touch lutut saya dah tak rasa sakit. Nak solat pun selesa. Saya memang tak pandai nak urut tapi guna touch ni saya gosok2 jea dari tapak kaki hingga ke lutut. Tiap2 hari saya guna touch. Saya rasa sangat gembira bila naik tangga pun dah tak rasa sakit lagi.

    sy excident jatuh drpd snow slide di bursa, turkey pd thn 2019. slps excident tu kesan dr bekas surgery akan selalu rasa sengal dan kadang sakit. sebelum ni sy gunakan EO mentari untuk di gosokan di tempat operation.

    Alhamdulillah, sehingga ke hr ni sy masih mengamalkan penggunaan EO Touch yg menggantikan EO mentari. Ianya membantu saya setiap kali lps fisio.

It is even used for full body massage to get relief from body pain, even helps in improving blood circulation.

How to use Touch Muscle Ease Body Oil:

1. Massage

Not only can these oils penetrate deep below the skin to relieve pain, swelling, and tension, but massage can also help work out knots and quickly release tension as well. You can dilute this Touch Muscle Ease Body Oil in your favorite carrier oil before massage, if you want to.

2. Localized application

You can just rub Touch Muscle Ease Body Oil directly on your skin at the localized swelling or problem area.

3. Roll-on

Roll-on bottles are a great way to carry this Touch Muscle Ease Body Oil on the go and allow for mess-free application and used before or after a workout.

4. Inhalation

Before you rub on to your body, pour a small amount of oil into your palms and cup on your nose and inhale deeply.
