    No more morning coffee

    Dah pakai 2 minggu, memang nampak kesan. Tambah-tambah bila kaitkan dengan mood dan focus. Malam kalau tidur cukup ke tak, mesti pagi tu cari coffee juga, maklumlah student hihi.
