Saya seorang “depression survivor”. Di diagnose dengan 3 jenis kemurungan. Sangat struggling utk kembali seperti biasa. Dlm melalui rawatan kaunseling, terapi dan ubat2an salah satu yg sangat mengganggu proses kesembuhan ialah ketidakstabilan emosi. Bila emosi teruk mulalah tidak mahu makan ubat, tidak mahu pergi kaunseling dan terapi. Utk atasi turun naik emosi ni saya gunakan minyak pati. Saya gunakan 7 wonders dgn cara mandi, diffuse, sebagai minyak wangi.. Alhamdulillah sangat membantu.

I am a very sceptical person and always believed and relied on medical advice for any issues I have. But as I get older I needed to lower my dependence on medication and tried essential oils. Direct application or through diffusing, I honestly feel it helps, and I believe that is the power or aromatherapy.
